Pentecost Ministry Fair: Connect and Share!
Saint Luke recounts the coming of the Holy Spirit as wind and fire in the Acts of the Apostles, writing, “…and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:1-11). Each of us, through the sacraments of Christian Initiation, baptism, confirmation and eucharist, are filled with the Holy Spirit. Each of us have different kinds of spiritual gifts, but it is the same Spirit, “there are different forms of service but the same Lord, who produces all of them in everyone” (1 Cor. 12). The Holy Spirit is the gift of God that unites us.
Please come to our ministry fair today and learn about ways you might serve our community and meet the people who can tell you more. Feel the delight God has in you when using your gifts for His glory and the good of our brothers and sisters. Come and explore our vibrant parish ministries and discover how God can work through you both in the desiring and achieving.
