Parish Pastoral Council Members will share the following characteristics.
- A fully initiated practicing Catholic registered in the parish for a minimum of two years who strives for moral and personal excellence.
- Openness to meeting with others who may have different perspectives and able to work toward a consensus for the good of the parish.
- A bridgebuilder who is passionate about meeting others, seeking points of contact, and planning a project that includes everyone.
- Ability to perform the three-fold task of the council – researching, considering, and recommending conclusions to the pastor.
- Enthusiastic about meeting once a month except for July or August for up to but not more than two hours and willing to carry out the work of the Council in the interim. Members will serve a two- or three-year term.
